The process map shows a general vision of the organization system of the company where it also shows the processes that are part of it as well as its principal relations.





Management of the Documents and operational data management


To convert the knowledge and the experience of the daily executions is an operational discipline and culture that demands their due capture, classification, and order in order to recover and consult them in an agile, pertinent, and timely manner.


The basic structure of the documents and operational data management system consist of the following layers leading towards the IMS proceedings manual.

Objective
Occupational Health Department has as main goal to prevent labor health illnesses and to protect the workers from the risks that may affect their health in their labor environment.




Occupational Health Program
PJP4 has an Occupational Health Program that performs different epidemic monitoring programs such as audition preservation, chronically and degenerative illnesses, health campaigns, etc.




Medical Physical Examination
PJP4 performs several medical exams to monitor, maintain, preserve, and control the health of its workers from the moment they join the company, during their employment and, if necessary, during their termination, thus guaranteeing the optimal health conditions pursuant to each specific condition and the tasks executed.




Health Day
PJP4’s Health Day seeks to strengthen the premise “to be a healthy family.” It is directly oriented towards workers and their immediate family members.

Every year we offer integral services for employees and their family members in different medical specialties that cover the needs of our personnel and their dependents.

Summary

The processes of Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality are distributed considering 5 principal areas. In turn, each of the areas presents several sub-divisions that facilitate the development of an integral management for the control of risks in any project.




The safety plan of each project considers the 5 elements defined as the HSE project and leads the specific strategies for the attention of each one of the components derived from the stages of the process.


Indicators

Total of Recorded Events (TRIF)
• TRIF : It is related with the frequency index of recorded cases (number of accidents with lost time (FAT, LTI RWC, MTC medical treatment).

• The background shows a sustained increase in the indicator, from 2010 to year 2012. In year 2013, a strengthening process begins that has generated a noticeable reduction.

• The annual comparable shows a sustained trend to the lower end. It shows the effectiveness of the executed management and its impact in terms of positive effect in the personnel, the process and the facilities.

• Year after year, PJP4 sets itself more demanding and ambitious goals, maintaining comparative results with the companies members of OGP, the organism that defines the world reference indicators, that has allowed to maintain the focus on high performance standards.



Lost Work Days Index (LWDC)
• The graph LWDC shows the total days lost and charged resulting from incapacity accidents registered by the company.

• From the statistical point of view, this graph is one of the most representative ones because it allows appreciating the potential damage of the injuries by virtue of the generated disabilities.

• The registry shows a significant variation in the data registered from years 2011 to 2013, especially in the first one in which an index of 489 was registered. Nevertheless, since 2013 there is a reduction in the indicator, which is currently maintained in 8.53 as a result of accumulating 12 lost days for two low impact events.

• When comparing the previous years, it is evident the continuous reduction of the indicator throughout the years resulting from the management based on the premise of Strict Operative Discipline.



Vehicular Frequency Index
• The chart shows the relation between the total used kilometers and the events related to vehicles.

• Since 2013, an important aspect was established in the process of vehicle safety. From that year on, the Vehicle Control Room began its operations, which has maintained a real time monitoring of the drivers’ performance. It allows the establishment of preventive actions and early detection, considerably reducing vehicle related accidents.

• The results have been evident and they translate into the significant reduction of the Vehicle Frequency Index in spite of the large number of kilometers covered month to month by the vehicle fleet.

• During 2015, there has not been recordable vehicle accidents.

The active participation of our personnel in environmental programs strengthens its understanding and commitment with the environment protection. The enthusiastic participation of all personnel reflects the strong culture towards sustainable development.

Environmental Objective 1:
Reduction of electric energy consumption
The overall reduction of the electric energy consumption index shows that PJP4 has been successful in the control of the energy demand.




Environmental Objective 2
CO2 emissions reduction.
The overall reduction of the CO2 generation shows that PJP4 has been successful in the control of toxic emissions to the environment.




Environmental Objective 3
Guarantee the relocation to its natural habitat the species found during the activities of PJP4.
In 2015, the company reached 100% in safeguard of the wildlife recovered. And guaranteed the relocation to their environment.




Compliance with Legal Requirements.
For PJP4, the environmental responsibility is part of our business philosophy and we watch for the compliance with the laws and other applicable regulations by monitoring, evaluating, and guaranteeing the necessary actions for its due compliance.






The evaluation of the legal requirements in PJP4 is a constant process, which guaranties the prevention and early detection of deviations.
