At PJP4 Group, the use of motor vehicles is essential for the achievement of our goals, for which requires special attention and discipline during the use and management of this vital resource. Therefore, all of us who work in this organization have to take a firm commitment to comply with and enforce this Safe Driving Policy:
• Any authorized PJP4 vehicle driver must respect traffic laws and regulations for appreciation of its own physical integrity, and must responsibly identify and minimized the potential risks involved in any situation for the safety of others and the environment.
• The fulfillment of our clients´ regulations and traffic laws should be our minimum standard to meet. We also should promote the embracement of preventive rules that exceed our clients’ criteria, even in those areas where they are not yet in place.
• Environment protection and rational energy use should be carried out with proper management practices, periodic reviews and optimal maintenance of vehicles.
• Custody and preservation of vehicles and/or equipment related to land transportation are considered to be an integral part of our individual and team performances, as well as an organizational goal.
• Verification of drivers´ behaviors is enforced as a preventive and positive action. In order to avoid recurrence all vehicular events must be reported and investigated.

For PJP4 Group, prevention is the foundation on which the engineering, construction, operation, and maintenance services for facilities in the energy industry are developed. It is the first step to ensure the safety, well-being, and health of all our employees, contractors, suppliers and visitors.
Smoking alters the mood and the level of concentration and causes health risks not only for the smoker but also the people around him, as well as creates serious risks to the environment and facilities due to the probability to cause fires that may damage operational/administrative installations, personnel safety and, ultimately the company profitability.
Therefore, PJP4 Group prohibits smoking in the following areas:
• Permanent facilities such as offices, warehouses, workshops and conference rooms.
• All types of transportation means either by air, ground, river or sea; assigned by PJP4 for permanent or temporary, technical or administrative activities.
• Production lines.
• Temporary facilities (camps and bases), built for the personnel accommodation assigned to a project.
• Any institutional meeting.
• Parking lots, green areas, materials yards and common spaces of our facilities.

Physical Assets Management Policy
|
PJP4 Group provides optimal management of their own and their customers’ physical assets, for this we shall:
• Establish continuous improvement processes, aimed to identify and mitigate the risks associated with physical assets, to maximize their performance and efficiency, actively involving the human capital.
• Ensure the Enterprise Content Management relative to all physical assets in the organization.
• Design and implement strategies for the appropriate creation or acquisition, operation, maintenance, and disposal or replacement of physical assets.
• Record all the transactions related to the assets life cycle on EAM software.
All these actions must be carry on in order to maximize the value of PJP4 Group physical assets, for its own, their customers, their people, the environment and related communities benefit.

PJP4 Group, in its firm purpose of guaranteeing a healthy and positive work environment for the development of the physical and mental capabilities of its members, establishes the following guiding principles that rule this policy:
• It is prohibited to all employees and contractors the possession and consumption of drugs not prescribed by an authorized physician. It is also prohibited the consumption of alcoholic beverages or other hallucinogenic substances in either ours or clients' areas of operation under PJP4 responsibility.
• The fulfillment of our clients´ regulations and local laws should be our minimum standard to meet. We also should promote the embracement of preventive rules that exceed our clients’ criteria, even in those areas where they are not yet in place.
• It is also prohibited the use and entry of firearms or other insidious weapons, as well as explosive materials in either ours or clients' operational areas under PJP4 responsibility.
• It is established, as a preventive measure, to carry out periodical evaluations in order to detect the presence of unauthorized and prohibited substances. PJP4 Group also reserves the right to carry out inspections of its facilities and vehicles in order to prevent the entry of illegal or hazardous objects or substances.
The violation of any of the guidelines described above, will result in disciplinary actions in accordance with the current Labor Law.

Labor Harassment Prevention Policy
|
At PJP4 Group we encourage the commitment with a healthy, safe and adequate work environment that prevents and corrects any conduct and/or condition susceptible to cause harassment at work. In this sense, PJP4 and its subsidiaries formulate plans to prevent, correct and punish harassment in the work places, with the participation of all its strategic allies: shareholders, counselors, managers, workers, customers, suppliers and other social interest groups.
• Providing the resources for the proper functioning of all instances in charge of detecting, recording and monitoring harassment news and complaints at work; establishing communication channels between management and employees, to ensure compliance with all current legal and labor regulations.
• Supporting and facilitating all the actions regarding the prevention of harassment at work by continuous informing and training staff on this subject.
• Promoting a work environment where respect and courtesy are the basis in the interpersonal relationships at all organizational levels; avoiding discriminatory, threatening, violent, offensive, derogatory, defamatory and intolerant attitudes and behaviors.
• Promoting a positive and challenging work environment for continuous individual and team performance improvement, fair competition and career development. A work place where equality, merit, and diversity are aligned with the business principles contained in our Code of Ethics.
Once a harassment behavior is detected and confirmed the corrections will be applied immediately without distinction of hierarchical position, imposing the disciplinary measures contemplated in the corresponding regulations.

The Procurement and Contracting Policy aims to establish a solid basis of suppliers and collaborators with transparent and efficient commercial exchange rules that facilitates all the companies of the PJP4 Group the adequate and timely acquisition of goods and services under the best possible conditions to provide solutions for the optimal management and execution of: engineering, construction, operation and maintenance for facilities of the energy industry, including well services and workovers along with integral solutions for the exploitation of oil and gas assets.
In the commercial relationship between PJP4 Group and its suppliers/subcontractors objective criteria lead the decision making processes. These criteria are weighted according to the service and/or product:
• Quality and fair price.
• Service level.
• Delivery / response deadlines.
• Responsibility and financial capacity.
• Guarantee.
• Technical support (pre and post-sale).
• Safety, health and environmental impact.

The Procurement and Logistics Units are the gateways of all suppliers/subcontractors at he organization. They should respond timely to all organizational requirements (materials, tools, equipment and services) assuring the best price/value ratio, executing a procedure based on principles of integrity, objectivity, confidentiality, honesty, and transparency aligned with the PJP4 Code of Ethic.
Likewise, PJP4 Group promotes the continuous improvement of their goods and services supply process through control mechanisms and continuous evaluations of the suppliers/subcontractors performance, the fair competence towards excellence, as well as compliance with legal requirements and other applicable regulations / agreements. At PJP4 Group, the company business information, including one regarding clients and suppliers are absolutely private and confidential and should be used only for business related issues.
Business information to be released to public requires an written authorization signed by our legal representatives.
The confidential information delivered to employees is a valuable, special and unique company asset.
Confidential information includes, but is not limited to:
• Documents, inventions, ideas, concepts, models, procedures, prototypes, designs and / plans, methods of use, process designs, operating conditions, equipment design, technical information, know-how, industrial secrets, economic processes, market reports, studies, plans, programs, drawings, photographs, videos, research, analysis, compilations, price information, terms and conditions concerning equipment, sales, licenses and engineering services , everything related to finance, business plans and market, legal issues, supplier lists, customer lists, potential customers, business prospects, business opportunities, business records, personal assignments, contracts, company assets and / or its affiliates.
• Information posted by any PJP4 subsidiary to employees in an effort to keep them informed or regarding work activities.
• Information collected, acquired or developed during the employee's contracting term, including information that is originated by employees individually or in a team.
